Rated 4 out of 5 by R Chan from Looks good, and a few functional improvements would make it great In person, it looks as advertised, and is a great value for the money. Beautifully packaged. There are a few things that would make it a 5-star product. The magnets that hold the spray head onto the base weren't strong enough. I had to grind down part of the spray head to reduce the clearance between the magnets in order to increase the magnetic force. The hose also tilts a little to one side, which visually is not ideal. Functionally, the way the spray head stows on the center post is a little awkward, but workable. Additionally, the main spigot wants to pivot to over the countertop while using the spray head. If the spigot is over the countertop and you release the spray head button, the spigot will dispense water all over your counter. Stops that limit spigot rotation would be nice. Lastly, I had to source a longer supply line, as the supplied one was slightly too short. If you love the looks and price and can tolerate some flaws, this could work for you.

The neck plate immediately stained and narrows at the end, so it does not fully cover the old deck plate. We have had the faucet less than two weeks and the deck plate looks ten years old. Seriously, that bad. Needless to say, we will need to purchase a different deck plate. Love the faucet, hate the deck plate. I hope Vigo rethinks the deck plates they are using.

Many of them indicated how they had water spilling out of the back and all over the counter. I have my mew faucet in place and if you have a lick of common sense, it is simple and easy to use with no mess at all. I absolutely love the simple yet elegant design. I would recommend this faucet.

I wanted style, a modern look, and quality. This faucet is well built and it immediately boosted the overall look of my kitchen. I actually could not wait for it to come because I was excited about installing it and showing it off. It has now been almost 6 months and the rubber and brushed nickel surfaces remain in perfect condition. I’m can’t wIt to choose from their lineup as I upgrade my bathrooms.

When we first did it the front nozzle flung around a d soaked the counter. It really takes some practice to ensure this doesn’t happen. If you have a guest using it they will for sure do this!
