Self-closing hinges deliver additional convenience and comfort. Waterproof construction. Drilling into the threshold is required for installation of this product. Professional installation required. Limited Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty. (Oil Rubbed Bronze and Satin Black finishes limited to 1 (one) year warranty).
