Tree is quite pretty, but storage is an issue

Our tree wasn't very pretty when we got it out of the box, but after following the on-line steps and re-arranging the branches as recommended, we were pleased with the over-all look of the tree. We've had a couple neighbors complement us on the tree as well. Unfortunately, storage is a bit of an issue. We couldn't figure how to collapse the tree back down to fit in the box, but since we also purchased the storage bag, that wasn't too big of a concern (be forewarned it is quite bulky even when separated into the 3 sections). The real sticking point, and reason for the lowered review, is that we live in Texas where it gets very warm and when we inquired the best storage location between our attic or our shed, the answer was essentially ... neither. We were told that it should be stored in a 'cool dry location'. We don't have the space in our home to store it, so .... (shrug)... We'll try our shed and hope the tree can survive a texas summer! :-|

Beautiful tree - Lights not so much

The tree itself was beautiful, easily the most lifelike artificial tree we have ever owned. But the lights were the old-style strands where a single loose or missing bulb renders the entire strand inoperable. One of the light strands was damaged on arrival. The item was returned to the local Macy's store location without issues. I would repurchase if the lights were upgraded to something more modern.
