Huge disappointment

Tree has a noticeable lean. Advertised Height is misleading. It only reaches the advertised 6.5 feet because of the single top branch that measures nine inches, so really this looks more like a 5 ft 8 inch tree. And, a nine inch top branch on a relatively short tree looks simply ridiculous. Top branches have a total of only two lights so it is noticeably dark at the top. After spreading them out, branches are less full than from a tree we bought from a competitor, who also has combined light cords into one as opposed to this tree which has three separate plug ins. Feels very cheap in every way.

Where’s the plug?

This tree was much smaller than I expected. The problem was, for the life of me, I couldn’t find the plug to connect the top of the tree lights to the bottom. I finally got so frustrated I just returned it.

Lights stopped working

One of the strands of lights on my tree has gone out. I’ve only had it up less than a week!
