HORRIBlE!!!

This item came to me repackaged by UPS or the sender, but inside, the original packaging had a large SHOE PRINT on it, wreath bent, bulbs broken & the box shredded! Why was this product even sent?? I called to talk to Macy's manager, on hold for a long time, but no manager picked up! SAD!
