Way too long to set up

For the price it should have a better system to make the tree look like a tree. Fluffing every branch took hours and hours of time and will need to happen every year. Pay more and find a tree that has better limbs and fake branches.

Disappointed

I bought this tree in August. I set it up last weekend and it is not full as shown after hours of fluffing. You can see through the tree even with large ornaments on it. I attempted to return it but was not within the return date. I bought this because I've heard how wonderful trees are from National Tree Company. I spent so much money for a tree that I could have bought at Hobby Lobby for 1/4th of the cost.

Beautiful Tree

We bought this tree about three years ago and have had no issues. It’s a very pretty tree. Other reviews have said sparse, but I don’t agree. You DO have to fluff, lol, just like you do with any artificial tree. I like the ability to change from multicolored to warm white lights. In the last three years we have only used multicolored, but for many years before that we used white. The only negative I have to say is that the multicolored lights are pretty, but aren’t as vibrant as I’d like. The yellow bulbs are pretty dim. Still, it’s a beautiful tree and we get compliments on it all the time. We have 14’ ceilings, so the height is good in our space.

Returned after purchasing

Poor quality and pre strung lights are a mess. Not worth the money. Branches are skimpy and don’t have that full natural tree look i was going for, even after fluffing each branch piece by piece.

Nothing like the photo

Very sparse, not a full tree like pictured. Will look nice when decorated but definitely not what is pictured as far as fullness
