How do I put it together? No video, no instructions included. No at the company to answer a phone call.I should give this a zero.

There are no instructions to put this sleigh together. No one one in the whole company to answer the phone on a Monday morning.

Santa Sleigh

It was very nice and relatively easy to assemble but I had to send it back because it was smaller than I thought. You need small reindeer to make it look right.

not quality

do not open this in your house the glitter everywhere. the quality even on sale is less than good. i wouldn’t buy again.

glitter everywhere!!!!

i purchased my sleigh in jan, so I didnt open it until months later. I would have returned it right away once I realized what I had. the structure is flimsy and it tracks glitter everywhere . so open the box outside. I'm not impressed with what I received for the price & will think twice before ordering from this company again

Great Sleight

This is a great sleight my only complaint is that the the bow arrangement came with one of the Christmas ball broken but otherwise love this sleight. Looking forward to using it for my new home decoration for 2020 Christmas. Thank you Macy's for such a great price.
