Tree did not match picture on website

This 7.5 Spruce Hinged Christmas Tree was a total disappointment. I thought National Tree Company(NTC) was a trustworthy company. But the picture on NTC's website looks nothing like what came in the box. Yes, we set the tree up to see what it looked like, and we were mad. We tried fluffing it and filling in the gaps, but nothing helped. I feel deceived by NTC, as they just thought we would just settle for the tree, but we are returning it. Macys needs to take a better look at what companies they are purchasing its products from before selling them to loyal customers. Because we trusted NTC we are now out a tree for next year. Thank goodness Macys has a generous return policy.

Christmas Tree

I purchased this tree to set up and use next Christmas. When it arrived I took it out of the box to plug it in and make sure everything worked so I’d have no issues. Well I set it up and plugged it in and two sections lit up and the other section nothing. Very disappointed but glad I checked it out before I packed it away. Will be returning it.

this is awful

This is nothing like the picture on the website. it was so disappointing I truly believed I was missing a section. How it advertised versus how it looks is the funniest thing ever!

Christmas Tree

Love this tree. It does need a bit of fluffing of the branches. It looks beautiful when lit. True to size. It is a good price. I have had very expensive, much fuller trees but they were so heavy. This one is light and easy to put away. I had to get a lighter tree and this one is it!
