Beautiful Tree, Confusing Instructions

This tree is gorgeous and looked amazing after decoration & adding a short layer of green tinsel near the bottom half for more fullness. However, the box with the tree parts came with no paper directions and only a lone short sheet with a QR code that did not send you to the website's tree directions. I had to do a web search to find the assembly directions, and used the directions for a tree over 6ft (the short sheet mistakenly notes that the tree assembly is found in the under 6ft instructions which is incorrect). For such a beautiful tree, it's best to have clearer assembly instructions; especially for those who may not be tech savvy enough to find the correct instructions on their own.

Ordered in November, today is Christmas. No tree arrived and Macy’s says they can’t cancel the order. I have to wait for it to be delivered snd then return it. Nonsensical!

It looks nothing like the photo. It is not 6 ft. The branches are few and it is impossible to make the tree look fuller.

lovely tree, but I wish it had more lights!

This is a lovely little tree! SETUP Setup was SO easy. The tree stand is just two metal brackets, and then you secure it together with three screws. It feels very sturdy! The tree itself is three pieces (bottom, middle, top) that were labeled very clearly and slide into place easily. Tear down should be a breeze too, which I always appreciate at the end of the holiday season when you feel like you can’t look at your tree for one second longer (you know??). LIGHTS One of the big pros to this tree is that it comes pre-lit, which saves you the hassle of going around and around your tree with strings of lights. All of the lights are functioning and it even came with spares! My only complaint is that the lights seem kind of sparse. There is about one light bulb on every branch, minus the tiny ones closest to the “trunk” of the tree. This is my first time owning a pre-lit tree, so maybe that is reasonable and normal, but it just doesn’t have the glow I’m looking for. I contemplated putting my own lights on it, which completely defeats the purpose of having a pre-lit tree. THE TREE The tree itself is nice! It does take a bit of fluffing, like all faux trees do. It does have some spots that look thin to me, but that could just be my rudimentary fluffing skills. It also did shed some faux needles, but that is to be expected. The tree is 6 ft tall and not crazy wide. If you live in an apartment, condo, want a tree for a child’s room, etc. this is a great option! Overall: the ease of setup (and inevitable tear down) get allllll the stars from me, but I wish there were more lights on the tree. I would still recommend this product to a friend, but I would give them the caveat that I hope it doesn’t leave them with the feeling of wanting to put their own lights on like it does for me. 🤣

Disappointing

Right out of the box it started shedding terribly, something you would expect of a fake tree that's a few years old. My suspicions were confirmed when I started to fan the branches and found a huge fur ball stuck to them. A cat must have laid in the box, I have no pets. Obviously, this was a return that was repackaged to look like new. Now I have to take the time to return it, during the busiest time of year.
