Classic and Cool
This sconce is well made and the design is classic
Poor finish, average looking
I chose these lights because they were offered on open-box special at a bonus 75% off. They weren't precisely what I was looking for, a bit on the skinny side, but they seemed very nice and such a deal. I ordered two to flank my brand new, very expensive custom glass paned double entry doors. A day later, a service rep called to apologize that only one light was available at the open box rate. They offered me a second light at what I suppose was something like 50% off, so I agreed just to get it done. The lights arrived quickly and in good condition with all the parts - even the open box one. However, the finish, which is supposed to be 'Old Bronze' is just a matte black spray paint finish. It cheapens the fixture and overall makes it look very average. For what Lumens suggested would have been full price, this is a ridiculous fixture. For what I paid, it is just alright. The seeded glass is very nice and overall the fixture seems well constructed. It would have been impressive looking with a proper finish. Especially because this fixture is so narrow, it really needed a good finish to make it look solid.
