i recently purchased two of the Revere Outdoor Wall Sconces, one of them showed up defective, I immediately reached out to have a replacement sent. They requested pictures which were sent immediately, was told a replacement would be sent out as fast as possible. Still have not received anything. I have contacted Lumens 4 times, 3 via chat, 1 via phone and i get different stories, a replacement team is looking into it, etc. never putting the customer first and Lumens not taking any responsibility for sending a defective product. Not to mention such a high value product with no service to back it up. If you want a good supplier of high quality lights, look elsewhere, Lumens is a no for me.

This family of fixtures was purchased for a client project. The finish is beautiful and the seeded glass gives it and added character.
