hinkleylighting.comFastening hardware wasn't well suited for a Timberframe home. Manufacturing needs to pay more attention to quality. Most of the bulb bases were crooked. Instructions were missing. I have purchased and installed over a dozen Hinkley fixtures and 7 ceilings fans. The hardware is poorly thought out and the instructions often don't match the actual product and are poorly written by people who have never actually installed them.

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL CHANDELIER AND DEFINITELY MET EXPECTATIONS; LOOKS GORGEOUS IN OUR OUTDOOR PAVILION;... ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT SOME OF THE GLOBES WERE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT AND SOME CRACKED AFTER INSTALLATION USING THE 60W BULBS RECOMMENDED. 1) LUMENS QUICKLY SENT REPLACEMENT GLOBES AND 2) AFTER REPLACING WITH 40W BULBS WE HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM. WE ARE DISAPPOINTED THAT WE CANNOT USE 60W AND DIM AS NEEDED.
