Poor quality materials and fit/finish

hinkleylighting.comAssembly instructions have much to be desired! Once the general theme became apparent to me and I began assembly, I noticed how poor the quality of the 'alabaster' (plastic) rings were on this piece. They showed clear evidence of saw marks on the ends, having been cut from a long cylinder of material. The fake veining actually looks just like streaks of dirt within the plastic. The concentricity of both the 'alabaster' and 'bronze' ring sections was so out-of-whack that the finished product was clearly off-kilter (this is the 'Echelon' fixture which somewhat resembles an upside-down wedding cake). I can look at the light and visually observe that the rings are non-concentric, an absolutely unacceptable abomination on light fixtures in this price range! I had similar experience with the Echelon chandelier, only worse in that case, because that light has 4 separate ring layers instead of 3. I will definitely not be buying any other products from this manufacturer. The only reason I don't take these down and send them back is because they were too difficult to assemble and hang in the first place!
