hinkleylighting.comIt's a beautiful fan and my electricians had no trouble installing it. Light is fine for our table and so are the fan speeds. The pull chain to control the fan, however, is awkwardly threaded through a hole on the side of the glass dome covering the light. This makes it awkward to pull the chain to switch fan speeds or turn it off. It's hard to tell whether we've pulled the chain hard enough to switch a mode. As it's about to be winter, this won't be a problem again until next year.

Pull chain does not operate fan speed adjustment properly

hinkleylighting.comThe pull chain does not operate the fan speeds properly. Sometimes the chain will not even turn on or increase or slow the blades. I've had to turn the wall switch on and off to get the fan to work (after trying to adjust the speeds with the chain). But controlling the fan speeds with the pull chain is ineffective. I've come to just leave it on the speed I can get to work and not try and adjust it.
