Love The Shelter Collection!
We purchased the pendant in the Hinkley Shelter Collection to match the wall sconces we've been replacing around our home outside - they are gorgeous once installed and the whole "set" looks fantastic. We've only had the pendant installed for about a month and had one crazy monsoon storm in AZ - thus-far, the light is doing very well, but we were nervous that the down rod would snap or bend. The light is installed in a covered exterior area between the very front of our house and the courtyard. The color temperature of the light is warm and often "matches" the sunset, and the dark-sky compliant aspect is a really nice feature that projects light down instead of out. The pendant is obviously installed up high, so it's a bit more difficult to see the sky when you're close to the light, but it looks fantastic. My husband wired and installed it and noted that it wasn't difficult to install, but they are made in China and a bit flimsy. The pendant comes with two downrods - we installed the 12", but will likely switch to the 6" (should have measured first!), as it dips down a little too far. This does require it to be rewired and is a pain, so we're holding off for now! I do wish that I could have bought the bigger size in buckeye bronze (8" diameter instead of 6" I believe), but I could only find it in black online anywhere I looked. Lumens was great to work with again, as usual!

Great quality, nice lines, clear bubble glass gives it the unexpected. Priced well for outdoor lighting. Contemporary light for outdoors is very hard to find. This light could be used in many different application. Yes...I would buy this light again.

Beautiful Contemporary Light
Very, very happy with this light. It came well packaged, even with a huge gash in the box from shipping, the light was unharmed once we opened it. It was very lightweight which was a huge plus for hanging. It comes with two extension downrods, one additional 12" and a 6" which worked out perfectly for the height on our entryway. We also bought the matching outdoor sconces for our garage and the whole set is a great contemporary element to our home. Highly recommend this light.
