This is a nice fixture used in our entry foyer. The shade has a seam that doesn't look good. It would be perfect if the shade had no seam. Better if the shade was easier to reorient without having to reinstall the fixture. Like the way you can rotate the shade on a lamp.

This is a fair priced drum light that actually is high quality made. It also has a high end look.
Elegant flushmount
This is another example of the outstanding quality from Visual Comfort. Even the painted metal frame that is not visible is superior to competitor's. It suits many decors, and will never go of style. I used it in a bedroom and it really made improvement. It provides bright illumination and on a dimmer you get different levels depending on your desire of brightness. I am planning on using these in an office as well. It is rather heavy, I did help the electrician keep it lifted while she installed. I agree with another reviewer, shade is a bit darker than photo. The cream shade is cream, not the white color appearing in website photo.
