Like (almost) everything about it
Got this in the polished nickel finish since I needed an adjustable reading lamp next to the sofa, like the style, and have had good luck with other Tech Lighting products. This is great: very nice looking, high quality finish and construction, good light quality, nice brightness for reading at high setting and "atmospheric" at low setting, shade pivots and stays in place to focus light where needed (be aware that it pivots only on the axis parallel to the shade, not on three axes, if that matters to you—it doesn't for me in practice). The only thing I'll take off a star for: the lamp's switch resets to "off" when the outlet it's plugged into is powered off. So if you have it on a switched outlet (as I do), every time you power the outlet off then back on again, you also have to turn the lamp switch on again. A little inconvenient for use on the switched outlet I have connected to my smart lighting controls.

I love this light. It has 3 settings of a warm light with a gentle tap to change it. It is the perfect height reading lamp. Sculptural in its profile. The only thing I don't love is the long chord which I have to hide somehow. Would be great if it retracted somehow to go shorter. Beautiful light and great service.
