Pretty, but fragile
Super interesting design and look pretty illuminated. However, super hard to change light bulb and hard to clean. I have had to replace the free/jack unit 2 times. They are very expensive, even the replacement parts
Good lamps
I bought two for the dining table, they look fantastic!
Problematic Light
This expensive lamp is continually broken due to poor design. The bulb overheat the wires causing them to short out. LBL charges me $75 each time to buy new cables which usually last for less than 2 months before they burn out again. I've tried their upgrade to LED bulbs, but the LED bulbs continue to go bad. I now have a very expensive hanging decoration that doesn't light.
4 Star Review
I bought two of these pendant lights to go over my kitchen island. The lights are really elegant and fit well in my modern kitchen. One of the lights could not be installed due to a short in the wiring (hence the 3 star construction rating). The short was a result of a pinching of the wire to attach the bulb socket. Lumens is sending me a new mono point and bulb assembly, so hopefully we can get the second light working.
Impossible to replace bulbs
The light fixture itself is gorgeous but when installing, my contractor had a difficult time squeezing the specialty bulb in. Now that the bulb has burned out after two years (and not really a lot of use, there will be days where it is never turned on), I have asked several mechanically-minded folks to try where I have had no success. They are unable to open up/widen the slots to insert the prongs of the bulb. I have had no response to my posted question either. I will have to replace this lamp because it is near impossible to insert the dang light bulbs.
