We installed three of these lights over our island cooktop during a recent kitchen remodel. They definitely give the space a more modern flair. We painted the island Hale Navy (Benjamin Moore), and the lights coordinate perfectly. There were three junction boxes in the ceiling, so we needed to install the monopoint fixtures. Each monopoint fixture comes with a little transformer box that we needed to fit into the junction box. That ended up being a little tricky because it was a tight fit, especially since we were installing them ourselves, but we were able to do it. Love these lights!

This light is very pretty. It came packaged well and it looks great over our island in the kitchen, especially at night. I would have hoped for better quality of the fixture for the price, but that seems to be the norm now days.
