Ideal Home Office Lamp

The adjustability of this lamp, along with its targeted light & elegant design, made it ideal for my home office. Since working from home has become 'the norm', I needed a desk lamp sooner vs later, but was also anticipating upgraded my monitor... someday. As such, I was looking for adjustability in a desk lamp, and, of course, did not want one with a tendency to "creep". We own a number of Visual Comfort products, and I knew this would be high quality (and wouldn't 'creep', as did some wall sconces made by a lower cost manufacturer that we ended up replacing with V.C. sconces....) You get what you pay for. This is a relatively expensive desk lamp, but solid, more functional than many, and more handsome than most. I have in fact since purchased a new monitor, and was easily able to adjust the lamp to accomodate the different dimensions and height of the monitor (height/tilt adjustability also having been a consideration vs a stack of books!)
Very stylish desk lamp
I have been admiring this lamp for awhile and was happy to be able to use it for a project, the black and brass is stylish and current and the lines of the lamp are both modern and classic...this lamp would look great in traditional, transitional, or modern spaces, in my opinion.
