How do u know what size to get

When you are taking them off to re apply new ones, do you have to soak them to loosen the adhesive? Also if our dog bites at them at first because they're irritating to her is the adhesive so strong that she could rip her real nail out?

You will have to clip the end off and up each side with cuticle scissors, The cap would be a loss. The adhesive is very strong.

My dog popped the sheath off her nail. Is trying his safe to put over the bare nail to prevent licking?

We do not recommend using nail caps to open wounds as it can deter proper healing.

Do these help the dogs stop scratching the carpet floor and making holes.?

Easy

These exceeded my expectations. They were easy to apply and have been on for several days now without any falling off! I have an older dog and she has trouble walking on the floors without carpet. She sounds like she's walking around in high heels with them on but so far they seem to be helping her and doing their job!

Fashionable and functional

As our chihuahua gets older she’s having more trouble on our slippery hardwood floors. The nail caps provide her with some extra grip. She’s so much steadier with the nail caps. We’re less nervous about her slipping while doing she’s pre dinner zoomies They don’t bother her and she’s loving the extra attention from strangers complimenting her sparkly nails.

Useful, but loud

These do seem to help our senior dog grip better on our wooden floors, but they turn up the volume of her steps from a 5 or 6 to a 10 (max), which is especially loud in the night. They were easy to fit on her toenails. We opted to not use the glue to save mess and be able to remove if needed, and they've stayed put for the most part.

Potentially great!

These nail caps are so cute. I’ve used them before and they really help prevent scratching of floors, furniture, and humans. Unfortunately, the last two orders have had dried out glue that is unusable. I don’t know if it’s a bad batch or what. Kind of disappointing. Other wise they would be awesome!

No traction

I purchased these to help my elderly dog with traction on our hardwood floors. They were easy to apply, but didn’t help her at all with traction. If anything, it was worse. Removed them after less than 24 hours.
