Since the framework is metal, will this eventually rust if kept outside Spring thru Fall before it snows?

Not strong enough

Using as a place board, Buddy, my 70-pound lab, is on and off this thing several times a day, sometimes jumping enthusiastically onto it. As a result he’s ripped several holes in it. We’ve only had it a couple months.

Great concept, think twice with active puppy

At first glance this was the perfect bed for us. We’ve been through a few beds for my large shepard/husky mix (115lbs) and gsd (80lbs) both. This still works, but within a month they broke a couple of the pieces so we have to put it back together frequently (bottom of the plastic connectors snapped). I found the center support helpful because these guys will wrestle on the bed together. So previous beds broke in the middle from the weight. I bought the xl bed and its sturdy other than my dogs have been rough and caused the plastic pieces to break when the bed went flying off the deck (8” drop) multiple times. I wish the connectors were a bit stronger, but for 90% of dog and cat owners this is a very sturdy bed that allows your animal to not lay on the deck in the rain or hot sun. Great outdoor bed for rainy Oregon for sure. If you have chaos in the form of a puppy who dives on furniture, perhaps not.

Little hard to put together but finally got it

Item is good. Unfortunately I have a chewer and he chewed on the corner of the bed. It's still usable and he uses it so its fine. No reflection on the item unless you have a chewer.

My dog loves it!

It was a little difficult for me to figure out at first, but I eventually got some help. My dog is 15, about 47 pounds, walking is starting to become a challenge for him, especially trying to stand up from the floor. After about a week in his new bed I can see his hips handling stairs a little better. He will be getting several more

Great bed for big dogs

Well-made bed; love the extra middle supports. I put a cushion on top. The elevated bed makes it easier for my senior german shepherd to get up and down. Highly recommend.

Comfort

The dogs loved these, two of them did find a way to chew them up unfortunately but my German shepherd LOVES it. Definitely recommend if you don’t have dogs with shredding capabilities lol

Super comfort

My Shih Tzu loves this bed, we call it his cot. We travel alot in a van and place it on the floor where he rides comfortably. But his favorite is to be outside on it, even with sun it's vented for air circulation. A great purchase!
