Sorry to say

While I was assembling this, the string that held the toy broke. The slightest tug caused it to break again. Although my kitty loves the balls at the base, she ignores everything else. I feel I could have saved $$ by buying something much less expensive. Not worth the money.

Simple assembly but sturdy product.

My kitten absolutely loves this toy, keeps her entertained sometimes for 15-20 minutes uninterrupted.

Simplicity

Cleo loves playing with the bottom part where she can hit the balls through the opens. It is the perfect size for Cleo to enjoy the scratch post and batting at the toy bird that hangs from the post.

It’s great!

Sturdy and my four kittens loved it!! They were able to fish the balls out in seconds so I put more of their toys in it. Now it’s their self serve toy box! This may be a flaw to some, but the alternative use is working great for me and my kitties!!

Not the best product I’ve bought

I bought this for my son’s 5 week old kitten. When it arrived one of the balls was broken. Second the hanging toy broke right away, the string split so my son was unable to fix it. It still works so not a complete fail.
