They don't drain at all.

I got these in the winter to train my puppy and they worked great when the temps were well below freezing. I rotated and washed them many times but now that it's getting above 32F, I noticed my pup was reluctant to go potty. I thought her wet paws was from melting snow on the balcony but no. It was urine, which wasn't freezing anymore. It is pooling on top of the turf. I found this out when I picked one up sending about 2 cups worth of urine onto the balcony and then dripped down on my downstairs neighbors balcony as well. That said, they did work when the urine was freezing on top. I wonder if washing them caused the backing to somehow meld together making it impermeable?

Perfect potty grass

We use these for a litter of puppies & hose them off a few times a day. Love always having one clean and dry and ready. They are holding up nicely.

Terrible. Do not buy.

I got these because I have a dachshund and live in a highrise apartment. I have a tray that I put an absorbent potty pad on and lay these on top. I've done that for years. I had some other things to get from here so I purchased on this site. Idk if the ones I received were just defective but there were no holes in it for them to let the urine go through. I would pick it up to change the pad and the urine would run everywhere. It just sat in top of the black lining.These should let the urine pass through but they do not. I will not be purchasing again.

These are terrible

We bought the three pack as replacements for the original glass mat. Puppy pulled apart the original. These do not drain. The urine sits on top of the grass and then gets tracked EVERYWHERE! There aren’t any holes or open areas for the urine to drain. I wouldn’t recommend these!!
