Does it come with bulbs?

The Paludarium hood does not come with any bulbs, those have to be purchased separately.

does this run off of one power cord

Both models of the Paludarium hoods LF-56 and LF-57, run off a single power cord.

What size of bulbs will I need to purchase?

This hood can hold one PALUDARIUM 3-in-1 lamp or one incandescent heat lamp up to 60 watts (e.g. Zoo Med’s Daylight Blu or Nightlight Red Reptile Bulbs).

I do like the light fixture

The light fixture is pretty good but you can't really have a light that produces a lot of heat the plastic starts to soften up
