Pet Abode Is The Perfect Solution

I was Looking for a dog crate that looked great and could also support the weight of a flat screen tv at the foot of a bed. The Pet Abode was the perfect solution!

Great! Looks nice

Great great, I’ve gotten so many compliments from our friends. Looks nice and is high quality. Bed is also waterproof and easily washable for puppy accidents.

Love the look!

Hubby and I recently rescued a mastiff puppy and needed a new crate but didn't want the ugly wire mesh, or the plastic/wire configuration. Surfed many websites before choosing the Chewy furniture crate. Easy to put together, love how it looks and our mastiff puppy is settling in nicely. Love it.

Injured my dog..

This crate is beautiful and very spacious, but in a very short time one of the metal bars broke and my dogs foot got pinched/stuck between the bar and the bottom of the crate. Also, there is soft areas in the bottom of the crate that are opening up with a small amount of scratching from my dog. It's beautiful, but not worth the injury to your dog. My dog won't go in it now, he's too scared.

While simple to assemble, it arrived scratched.

The packing stacks each side on top of the other; as a result, one door and side were scratched by what was packaged above it.

CHEWY was great, their Vendor was BAD

this unit comes unassembled. and isn't difficult to assemble. the quality deserves 1/5 stars. there was chips out of the wood as soon as I pulled it out. there were holes drilled in the wrong places, so i had to measure, drill, and counter sink holes my self. It was to difficult to un-assemble and put in the box so i reached out to chewy. Ruben A. worked on getting me credit ASAP with chewy did their part. and for that, i am a return customer.

LOVE Chewy. HATE this crate with the white hot passion of a thousand suns.

I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but if I save someone from experiencing my troubles, then great. 1 star because it looks nice, but that's the only positive. Top and bottom arrived warped beyond use; the top so bad that it was split lengthwise down the middle before I unpacked it. I've no issue tweaking things to fit, but this needed planing, sanding, and re-drilling of holes. Beyond horrible. My big problem was, I needed to use this immediately so had to just tough it out. The result? My new dog absolutely hated it, and wasn't shy about it. We switched her to an FXW Homeplus Indoor Dog Playpen that another dog uses, and she was happy as a clam. But none of our animals will use this new crate. Regretful purchase.
