from floor to top step how high is it???

The 3-step pet steps have a height of 15 inches from the floor to the top step. The 4-step pet steps have a height of 19.5 inches from the floor to the top step. Please see the attached images for additional dimensions.

Unfortunately did not work for us

It was too short for the bed and it didn’t have enough weight so they were reluctant to use it. Other than that I was placed with the quality and customer service.
