Kaloyan L-Shape Desk

The white glove delivery service was horrible. They assembled it half way, broke a door off the filing cabinet and then left it in pieces. When I contacted the Wayfair costumer service team, they were barely responsive. It’s been 2 weeks and we still have this desk in pieces in our office unable to assemble it due to the “white glove delivery service” breaking it and losing hardware. Would not recommend.

It is the exact same experience as some of the older reviews from 2020. there is some issue on the back end of this item where the wrong items ship. there are a total of 4 boxes. 1. base 2. hutch 3. desk top 4. right return - each is shipped separately and one of the items was completely something else (not a part of this desk at all). then getting the appropriate piece replacement has been a hassle requiring many phone calls with customer service. It's a nice desk and of good quality, but Wayfair needs to fix the way this item is coded and shipped.

I had a hard time figuring out how to rate this. First let me say the desk is extremely nice, high quality and worth the price. What is difficult is it took three separate shipments to get the entire desk. Customer service was great and made sure to get the pieces to me as quick as possible but it shouldn’t have taken three times. There is an error in their system related to this product. If you don’t mind the delays and speaking to customer service a couple of times then don’t hesitate to purchase this desk. If patience isn’t your virtue then stay away.

This is a very heavy desk. I receive lots of compliments.

These are well built desk. Not the press board that most desk now a days are made out of. Looks great!

Very nice quality desk. Only part of the deal arrived though. Had to call to get the other half. Customer service was great, took care of the problem quickly

Ordered this desk on April 16 it is now June 15th and I am on my 6th shipment and still haven’t received all of the desk pieces. It’s a beautiful desk but not worth all the hassle. It is now July 30th and they have delivered the wrong piece again for the desk. I have spent countless hours in the phone trying to fix the issue and I am not getting anywhere!!! DO NOT BUY THIS DESK!!!

The quality of the desk is amazing and I really love it; however I received the base and left part of the desk, but not the right return of the desk. I called Wayfair and they were very helpful in processing my claim and I am hopeful I will receive the missing parts of the desk in the next week. I will update my review once I have received the entire desk. Process is inconvenient, but the quality and look of the desk seems to be worth it if it gets resolved. UPDATE: I received the right return side of the desk! Well worth the wait and inconvenience. This desk is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Very pleased with the final outcome. I appreciate the great service I received throughout the process. Thank you!

Love, Love, Love this desk. It is a sturdy, pretty desk. It looked great with my farmhouse decor.
