Anquenette Standard Bed

I LOVE my new bed!!! Don't hesitate to order it came in perfect condition and the free setup that was included was outstanding!! Waiting for dressers and night stands to hopefully be back in stock.

I ordered this bed and the first time it came damaged with half of the support part on the headboard completely snapped off during shipping. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful with shipping a replacement headboard and told me to just dispose of the damaged one so I didn't have to worry about returning it. I was told only a headboard was being replaced but about 2 to 3 weeks later I received the replacement and it was the whole set except the rails. This headboard was even more damaged with the entire support piece laying in the box snapped out of the wood, cracked wiod in the corner, and the entire edge of the headboard on one side coming apart. Not to mention the hardware bag was scattered everywhere about the box like confetti. I contacted customer service again and they were very accommodating. They asked if I wanted another replacement but with now 2 full beds to dispose of, I requested a refund to which they were able to do no problem. This one star is for the customer service of Wayfair, but unfortunately not this product. I think something needs to be changed with the packaging of this item to protect its parts during shipping better. I have attached pictures that include damage from both shipments. I love wayfair and its products but unfortunately this one missed the mark for me.

It looks beautiful, but the headboard arrived broken in 3 places- splitting away from particle board reinforcement areas. Tried to return, but Wayfair wants to deduct $150 from the refund. My husband will attempt to fix the areas to avoid further damage and stabilize the headboard.

Easy to assemble! Affordable. Looks great!

Its a beautiful bed and easy to assemble. Only complaint is that the bottom of the headboard had some splitting damage from screws during manufacturing, but it doesnt affect the sturdiness by any means

I bought two of these queen beds for my boys and I couldn’t be happier. I assembled them easily by myself and only needed help getting the headboard upstairs. They are such a nice quality, especially for the price. For those wondering, I ordered a 4 inch box spring (which turned out to be a little bigger than 4 inches) and it worked out almost perfectly. If you get anything taller than 4 inches you will need a second fitted sheet or a bed skirt (yuck). The mattress I ordered was 10 inches and together they are just the right height. When we unboxed the bed and dresser my husband and I said this would likely last them through their teenage years. For us it’s the perfect combo of nice looking and well constructed, but not too expensive to trust little boys with. The variation in color/grain on the wood gives it a high end didn’t-come-in-a-box look. The color is more brownish than grayish, but for me it was the perfect middle ground. I am so happy with my purchase! (Despite the fact that I spent 1 hour and 40 minutes on hold trying to call Wayfair to ask about another dresser. They never did answer and I finally gave up. Thankfully I didn’t have a big problem but that’s pretty ridiculous.)

I was hoping this bed would be a bit higher quality. The color is a bit more grey than the picture shows as well.
