Hornbeck Coffee Table

The table is beautiful and well built as a coffee table, but don’t plan on using it as a dinner table or card table. The post in the middle that unscrews to change the height isn’t stable enough to keep it from wobbling all over the place.

The top doesn’t lock into place very well. It’s also not very level, like an old merry go round. I’m going to refinish the wood. It’s way to dark, nd doesn’t show the grain.

this is a nice looking table. it states that it goes from 16" to 24", it literally takes 1,000,000 turns to spin it up, I think I saw a table with a hand crank that would work better. at around 22" up the top gets pretty wobbly so I won't put it up all the way - which is a shame as that's why I bought it. The item was damaged and it was clear it was an "open box" though that is not what I bought, I'm working with Liberty Furniture (who makes it?) to resolve. It's a nice table, but disappointed on a few fronts, I think there are better, and I'm surprised at the "open box".

Very nice. Perfect for what I needed in our family room. I love that the table is easily adjustable. The bottom wood piece was slightly damaged when arrived which I was disappointed about. But all put together it was very sturdy. I would definitely recommend this piece.
