Colchester 28'' W 6 - Drawer Dresser

We ordered and received this lingerie chest in May of 2023. One of the drawers cracked as you can see in the attached photos below. Can you send a replacement drawer or chest to correct this problem. We ordered other products from you and were very satisfied. This chest seems to be well made so we don't understand how this could happen in such a short time. This is the second time we are sending this complaint. We have not moved or damaged this product ourselves. Apparently there was a small dent on the inside of the drawer which we never noticed until it started to crack. Can somebody get back to us. We have placed many orders with your company and have always been satisfied.Thank you for any help you can give me. Donald Phillips

Furniture is heavy duty and beautiful. However, this is my replacement because they keep coming damaged. I ordered almost the entire bedroom set which I love but they keep coming in damaged. Wayfair has been amazing. FedEx drags it down my driveway 50 ft and last time I met the driver out there and the box looked horrible and guess what damaged again. I have paid alot of money for these and wasted alot of valuable time to meet drivers at my house. Bed footboard bad too waiting for new one, night stand damaged, had to repackage and send back. New one that came in also damaged. Amoriare white glove un packed another damaged bix and again top corner crushed. Waiting on another piece. Very disappointing when you spend over 3,000.

Wow! After purchasing the vanity I decided to go for the chest. It’s beautiful and offers plenty of space.

Was too big for my space so I ended up returning but it was gorgeous! Great quality!

First one to arrive, I think. Just beautiful! And sturdy. Hubby commented right away how he likes that the drawers stay closed even when you tip or move it! High praise, considering he was extremely leery of buying something he couldnt put his hands on first.

It was bigger than I thought which for us is better. Another classy looking piece!

This chest is beautiful & functional, well built! Came packaged really well. Delivery person was great. I highly recommend. It looks wonderful in my bedroom.
