Not Happy! I ordered this day bed with trundle at the end of May. Last week only the trundle arrived. I called Wayfair customer service. After being on hold for about an hour they said they would take care of it and resend with the day bed. Yesterday I received one package - trundle only. When I tried to call customer service again I kept getting cut off so never spoke with anyone. I sent an email explaining the problem and got a response thanking me for my patience. It said that response times may take longer because of COVID-19. I'd just like to cancel the order and get a refund but not able to do that on the website. NOT HAPPY!!!!!

The rest of the best. I am very disappointed that I was under the impression I was buying the whole bed. I looked up daybed with trundle. I am returning the merchandise.

I specifically purchased the daybed. The product page specifically only listed the daybed for sale and stated the trundle was not included. Instead I received the trundle; the product page changed to just the trundle. My post-delivery shows the trundle but everything from my purchase of the DAYBED to delivery was a daybed. Note that my screenshot showed canceled orders because when I went to pay with PayPal, they somehow bypassed my default setting which was to use my credit card and instead they immediate took from my bank account. Do they not realize that false advertisement is illegal?
