These are solid, sturdy chairs. We looked for a long time and eventually decided on these - they are perfect for our children to sit at the counter for breakfast. Only complaint is that there was a large scratch on one, and all of the chairs had 2 holes in the top board that were not needed for assembly.

We looked at many, many options for barstools for our kitchen, and felt these matched our décor and were the right price. The chairs match the pictures and description precisely, and were pretty straightforward to put together. They seem solid, the only issue (which I also read in a prior review) was that they both wobble a bit when put together, which is annoying. I solved that by putting an extra felt pad on the short leg, and now the wobble is only slight. Pros: good value, look nice, easy to put together Cons: both chairs wobble when put together
