Love the design- simple and elegant, not the usual tufted or other common styles. A little bit stiffer than I expected, but I like it considering how sofas settle down over time. Also, it supports only the lower back, but throw pillows can help to add support.

Do not purchase this sofa is small and hard. My experience with the white glove service was horrendous. The driver did not give me the 30 to 45 minutes. Call allowing me to get to the location on time then he lied to Wayfair. He had to leave my package at the door and it was a headache, trying to get the sofa into the house by myself, not to mention the trash I had to deal with.
