This bookcase was for my son's room. It is very sturdy. We picked this one because of the color. It looks very nice with the rest of his bedroom furniture.

This is poor quality. It has been horrible trying to put it together. Too many parts and poor instructions. It is also very shiny, like patent leather shoes.

When I saw this bookcase I knew exactly where it was going in the living room. Then, life happens and circumstances change and we held off opening it until we moved. Its too bad, it must have been damaged during delivery because the wood was split right down the middle. We never opened it until we were in our new home. Im disappointed I didnt get to use it. By the time we found it it was too late for a refund or replacement.

It came damaged with a pretty bad dig. Within two weeks, this entire bookcase is falling apart and cracking at the seams. This is a waste of money.

The dresser looks great, but does not hold up. After about 3 years the ball bearings from the drawer tracks started falling out and the drawers got stuck. One drawer got so stuck, the front ripped off trying to get it open. I am disappointed and had hoped the dresser would have lasted much longer.

If you are looking to purchase the “dark walnut” option, do NOT be fooled! The picture attached is the ACTUAL color of the wood in real life, much lighter! In natural light it looks worse (more red). I had contacted the manufacturer because I thought I had received the “reddish brown” option, but this is indeed the bookshelf I ordered… (unless they were unwilling to ship out another bookshelf and have mine picked up). I will be gel staining it to the color I thought I was spending my money on. Besides the point, this purchase was worth it. I’d say build it yourself too. People are complaining about hole being drilled in wrong, but I think they had the shelves flipped the wrong way. It’s hard to explain, but my mother and I built it perfectly fine. Some things were a hassle, and it did take us nearly two hours to build, but we got it! Not worth the $77 to have it sent pre-built. Highly recommend the protection plan just in case it’s sent cracked though!

This item is VERY hard to put together. The paint is pretty, but started flaking off in places before we even had it put together. the most horrible part is that there are no pre-drilled holes to it is super challenging to make sure the face plates are lined up! Has to be a two person job and those two people need to have some skills to be able to do this--need a drill... the nails in the back are STUPID (no placement provided) so one of them popped through the front into the interior when we hammered it through even though we were being super careful. Finally, the piece looks nice if you like a very slick, shiny surface but they give you the most tacky little plastic covers for the screws (which come out on the side panel (see picture included). UGH!! its a pretty piece but not worth all the hassel and disappointment. I waited a long time so I will keep it, but be aware before you buy. pictures provided show: chipping finish around exposed screws (right on the side of the bookcase-ugh!), tacky little plastic covers for the screws, nail pop through inside the case because you have to hammer them through blind with no placement guides; chipping paint at edges--first day...bummer. One I loaded it up, I figured it wasn't worth returning, but wanted to let everyone know. :)

This was delivered broken to my home and I tried reaching wayfair several times but no one responded. Absolutely unprofessional! Very dissatisfied, wasted so much money. Unbelievable! Don’t waste your money getting things here because when you there are issues with what you get, no one will respond
