Customers have issues with the screw holes. They mention the holes are misaligned, not smooth, and the screws wouldn't screw all the way in. The holes are drilled at an angle, and the frame base and leg base angles did not match up. Some customers received the ottoman without washers and some screws had no threads.

Ordered 2 of these and love them! Easy to put together with really strong bolts-it May appear they don’t line up as previous comments stated but they do! On a few legs I had to either push down or pull up slightly so very easy-I’m 65 and it both by myself!

    I purchased 2 of these. They sit perfectly at 2 of my window sills and are the same width of the sills. My 2 cats love these watching birds, squirrels, deer and turkeys. And they nap on them too! Upholstered seats are nice and thick. Wood seat framing is heavy duty. Much nicer looking piece of furniture rather than another cat tree that that gets torn up.

    Legs for ottoman were preassembled in the box. Both were broken at join lines. Rather than return it (the box was not damaged at all, so I figured it was broken due to rough handling), I glued the pieces back together and waited for them to dry before assembly. Assembly was simple except one bolt on each side did not fit the holes. I was not able to add them to the ottoman. While the ottoman is sturdy enough for resting your feet on, as intended, I do not know I would trust it for a person to sit on due to lack of a screw in each side and the fact it arrived broken. The cushion is stiff (wish it were a little softer but it may soften with useage), the fabric is like a faux suede and it is very nice.

    Even though I had issues with the ottoman, I would recommend it. It's a nice ottoman and is larger than I expected, but still useable with "normal" sized furniture. The color is a grey/light brown color.

    I bought 3 of these for an office. All three required use of a drill to re-drill the leg-holes. For me, it was pretty easy, and only needed a little vacuuming afterward to pick up the wood chips. The issue is that the holes are drilled in such a way as to not line up with fasteners. Each bench had at least one hole like that. Otherwise, these are nice and sturdy. The foam is very hard, but it actually works great that way.
