Perfect for what I was looking for. Really cleaned up the mud room, so it looks much more organized!

It was great for what we needed. It attached securely to the wall and looks great. I dabbed a bit of wood glue on the connecting parts as I put it together and it's very sturdy. I would recommend it. Instructions were fine (standard assembly instructions) and there were a few extra hardware pieces included.

It's not good quality for the price. The plastic hinges that solely supports the back and forth movement is poor and doesn't hold to the particle board. The plastic brackets are also flimsy. It lasted 1 1/2 years and been using it at the front entrance way.

We did not purchase "open box" but that's what we received. The box was destroyed and there were clear indications that someone had opened and returned this item before it came to us. The photos show the box and hardware bag before we even touched them (although we did cut open the loose plastic cover that was supposed to hold the entire box together). This should have been sold to us as an open box item.
