Sorely disappointed! The item arrived damaged. It’s blatantly obvious that it was dropped on the top corner! Accidents happen and I would have been completely understanding. Had the professional installers been honest with me and told me that there was a flaw, but instead, they ran out of my house as quickly as they could before, I had a chance to inspect the dresser for damage. There was no way that they did not see the damage. I saw it the minute I walked in the room. They just wanted to get out of the house before I had a chance to refuse to take possession of damaged property. Wayfair needs to properly train and keep a closer eye on their delivery/installation professionals. I am currently waiting for Wayfair to make this right as this is a Christmas gift for my daughter.. Shipping was quick. The box was pretty heavy and long so needed extra help to load it up. It took me about five hours to put this together by myself. But the instructions were mostly easy to follow. And the dresser seems sturdy, great quality! I messed up a couple of times where the instructions got kind of confusing but I was able to correct my mistakes with some gorilla glue. We love this dresser. We are using it in the office. Not going to lie. It’s a beast to assemble. We just furnished a 3,000 sq ft house with a lot of Wayfair and this is the first piece that required us to install the drawer glide hardware and not just the furniture, which can be a recipe for hard to close drawers, crooked drawers, etc. My husband is a little OCD so he was able to do it and all the drawers work, but it took him 6.5 hours.
