Four stars because one of the pieces came damaged but it is a part of the inside of the dresser so cannot be seen. This dresser definitely seems to be worth the price though.

2nd review*** I have literally never written a bad review before in my life but BOY do I regret buying this dresser. It came in damaged, I already left ta review for this. But I didn’t know that until opened the box..and what am I supposed to do? How do I ship it back? I figured I’d just live with the damage. It was also missing one of the drawer bottoms when I received it and I’ve had to do what I could with a drawer that doesn’t work. 🙄 now that I’ve had the dresser for a few months it’s basically worthless. The whole thing is coming apart. We literally moved it from one room to another..in the same apartment...and the whole thing nearly came apart. Now, all of the drawers are coming apart. So when I put clothes in the drawer I have to push the drawer bottom back up into place. I honestly may as well not have a dresser at all! Additionally the front of the drawer is separating from the rest of the drawer. So pretty much the whole thing is falling apart. It’s truly the worst purchase I have EVER made. Do not wast your money on this product. It WILL disappoint.

Somewhat difficult to put together. Definitely need 2 sets of hands for this project. Once put together, it looked great and was functional. Fast Forward 3 months and the front of the drawers and bottom of drawers was falling apart. Added more wood glue and reassembled drawer pieces. Fast forward another 2 months and same issue again. Doesn't matter how much or little clothes are in the drawer. They still fall apart.

Apparently this comes in two packages. I received one. I waited a couple days and checked the reviews seeing that other people received the second box a couple days later.. I didn’t, and I didn’t get a tracking number on the second box so I filed a claim and Amazon was wanting me to return the one box I did have.. which is dumb when I should just be sent the second box. So I reached out to the manufacturer and apparently this is normal to have “missing pieces”. It’s about 70% of the dresser that is missing. So they finally call me back, the customer service is trash. The guy fought with me saying the second box was delivered at the same time as the first one. It wasn’t. I even asked the UPS worker to check if there was a second box because there was no way it all fit in that one box. He checked twice and there wasn’t. So I went inside and opened it and low and behold, it wasn’t all in that box 🙄. So I patiently waited about 4 days. Still nothing. This morning the customer service representative finally agreed to send the second smaller box acting like I’m the one scamming them. What on earth would I be needing or wanting extra pieces for a dresser? Doesn’t make sense why he would act like that. When he sent out the request finally to send me that second box, I didn’t get a tracking number, and best part of the call was him having the audacity to add in again, at the end before hanging up, “they still say the second box was delivered”. As if he was trying to still accuse me of lying. Should have gone to ikea 🙃

The overall quality would have been fine, but several pieces were damaged from shipping. For example there is a massive scratch all along the top of the dresser and several dents/chips along the sides. If it weren't for those issues, the actual dresser does what it needs to do and the price is reasonable. There was no way to really contact anyone from Amazon or the company that makes it to ask about why I had only received half of the dresser for about three days and there was no notification that it would arrive in two packages at all.
