Very nice and comfortable chairs. Shipping was a bit messed up but not really wayfairs fault except that they use FedEx which is inferior to UPS! The chairs looked exactly like the web description photos which was nice! My only gripe is that it’s difficult to inhale into recliner mode. It does seem to be getting easier after two weeks of moderate use. It’s too soon to comment on how these chairs hold up over time so I can’t give you any insight to that.

I was disappointed with the purchase. It may have been one of the most comfortable chairs ever made, but it never made it out of the box. The colors of fabric were different than the picture and the fabric itself was not nice, it had an almost plastic feel. Plus, it wasn't cheap to mail it back!
