First off customer service made it right since I had a bad experience with the packaging.  The product itself is beautiful and fluffs out wide to look full once you hang it. It's pretty stiff but moldeable so the stiffness keeps it in place once you decide how you want to arrange it. This product comes in a narrow box. With my first box I only opened one side. When I pulled the product out it basically broke pieces apart because it was really a tight space to pull from. Instead open one of the edges AND one of the front sides. This will assure you can pull out the item comfortably. If you can open all sides that would probably be best too. I'll post pictures later of my final results. I ordered 2 but thankfully the second one didn't get damaged as I figured the second time around the best way to unbox it.

Buy it! It's really nice

This garland on my mantle is just beautiful!  My mantle is 5' long.  Garland is doubled for that reason but it is quite thick even without doubling.   I'm very pleased!
