We bought this chair for our baby nursery. I had been excited all week, but was slightly disappointed when it first arrived. The fabric and cushions were not what I expected. There were extremely firm and smashed (Probably due to delivery). We put it together (it was very easy!!). I went to sit in it and quickly learned that the back side of the recliner portion was lop sided. When I leaned back, I felt I would fall to one side if I put all my weight in to it. We re-assembled and it continued to be lop-sided. We started looking for the issue. We found that one of the bolts, on the back of the chair, had been tightened so tight during production that it actually snapped off inside. You can see from our pictures what the other side looks like. There was no way for us to rig it up with our own bolt, because it had pieces of the old bolt inside the chair. Anyways, we were super disappointed and we are returning it. I don't know that I would pay this price again for the quality of the chair. We expected something much nicer.
