We bought 2 of these and they were entirely different. One looked nothing like the image pictured. We sent that one back. The second one, looked like the item pictured, but we will probably be sending it back too. The reason being is it is not very sturdy. It sinks deeply when you sit on it.

I tried over and over to zip them open, even using tools to try to replace what was inside to make them fluffy again and they were glued shut. We ended up having to toss them in the garbage because they were useless. Don’t buy. Not worth it. We had to completely replace in a matter of months!

I was excited to order this pouf. The fabric is nice, the shape and height are good. The color is NOT gray. The cross stitch X pattern is more of a green color. I was shocked and disappointed. Wish I would have read the other review before I purchased.
