I’m very happy with this purchase! It came very well packaged, no damage.
Easy to put together once you figure out the instructions. So here’s the deal, instructions always suck. They just do. So you have to be patient with them. I took one chair out of the box and lined the parts up before I even looked at the hardware.
There were two packages of hardware, one for each chair. So I pulled all of the hardware out of one of the bags, separated them and went around the chair parts matching up where each piece went. Once I matched each piece of hardware to each of the holes on the chair pieces, I then started bolting the chair together.
Because I took the time to do this, the chair went together easily. No wobbles.
And the second chair was even easier.
They’re so comfy! And I really like the creamy look against my kitchen pallet. Which is white and dark blue.
If you’re considering them, take the plunge!

These chairs look good, but I weigh 120 and the cushions are trash. After sitting in it for 10 minutes the cushions show exactly where you have been sitting and don't recover. I have been trying to push the sides back to to make the cushion back normal, but it does not help. The seat is wrinkled, and cushion sank in. Would not buy again.

Yes! I love these chairs. It was a bit difficult getting the chairs to me at first. A chaise lounge was delivered to my door originally. Had to arrange a return pickup and pay extra for them to pickup at my door (due to the chaise chair being way to heavy and large for me to return to a shipping place). Then the 2nd time around, the order was delivered to our neighbor on the other side of the circle street we live on. Had to contact the delivery driver to have him pickup again and deliver to our door (since too heavy of a package to move ourselves). After all of that, still worth it to have these chairs. They are sturdy, comfortable, and very attractive in my dining area. I will be buying more once we have the funds. Hopefully we won't have the same delivery issues as the first time!

I ordered two sets of these barstools and BOTH SETS INCLUDED A DEFECTIVE ITEM! One seat was missing a decorative metal grommet and the other set contained a warped chair back.

This is my first time ordering furniture from Amazon and I am extremely disappointed in the quality control. Customer service is sending a replacement set but I’m definitely concerned that it may contain another defective product. Taking a risk because I really like the look and design of these stools.

As I was putting theses stools together, I noticed the quality was not that great and it was almost impossible to get the barstool not to wobble. I had to loosen and tighten the hardware repeatedly in order to try and get it to sit evenly. The instructions tell you to pick the stool up off the ground and to let it drop on a hard surface to correct the imbalance. I had to do that several times because as soon as it sat evenly, it goes crooked again once you start tightening the screws. Putting this together was a real pain in the butt.

I love the chairs, but when they arrived there was only one set of hardware instead of two for the two chairs. I contacted Christopher Knight Home and they said that Amazon had to take care of it.
