I really like this ottoman. The size and design are what I wanted. The material is a bit boucle-like, quite textured. It's not a soft fabric per se, but it seems durable. It seemed a bit matted down out of the box but I think wirh time the fabric will come to life. It gives a cozy vibe. Nevertheless I am quite happy with it overall..
