The chair is absolutely beautiful, however I wasn’t sure if it came in a set of three so I called Wayfair spoke to a representative and asked about the chair and the representative reconfirm that it was a set of three versus one. So when the package came, it was kind of small but I’m like OK and when I open the box, it was only one chair so I’m disappointed in the misinformation that I received from Wayfair customer service. so now I have this beautiful barstool and I don’t know what I’m gonna do.. Excellent product, here are some helpful installation tips. Off the bat, hugely impressed by the packing. It was super well organized and protected. Assembly is also really easy, just a few steps all using the one metric allen wrench included.. Legs come together with just 4 screws, the instructions don't really point out the foot ring has a top and bottom, so watch for that. For the swivel, the instructions aren't super clear, but makes sense that spacer goes towards front to give seats a slight angle. The one step that was problematic was to install the bolt cover on the seat back early in the process. Once those buttons are installed, you can't remove without kinda wrecking them and you will want to retighten the seat backs once you sit in them a bit to break them in. It is a good choice to add some traditional styles to the kitchen with these mid-century modern barstools. Received the 4 chairs on the time they claimed it would arrive, 2 days which was impressive to St Louis. The directions are adequate to do the work without making mistakes, just make sure to not tighten things up until the legs are all assembled and "80%" connected by the bolts. Assembly of 4 seats took about an hour. I'll double check the bolts tomorrow to allow the seats to settle and make sure they are tight. The seat and furniture finish was good. I did hear a bolt rattling in the one seat before I put it together, I'm guessing it was either missed before the seat cover was stitched up or one of the back support bolts is off but there is no way I can get to it, I don't get a sense the backing is not tight. Overall happy with the purchase, the seat cushions are comfortable, I'm about 210lbs. The seats are supposedly rated for 350. I think for sitting over meals/1-2 hour seatings the seats should be comfortable. I'm not sure how a long seating would last but overall for the price and look and initial build, I'm satisfied. If you are looking for nice stools for a kitchen, I would recommend them. If things change in the future I'll update the post but I think they should last a while.. Rick. Fenton, MO. Fri Jul 18 2025
