They look really nice in my white kitchen, and swivel well. Not too difficult to assemble. They will likely last a long time at my home where they get only very light use. They are nicely made , however, the seats are a bit hard and not all that comfy. But , I was more interested in the looks anyway ! addendum , nearly two years later -- and with only very light, infrequent use, these chairs are still not very comfortable, but they DO still look amazing , and clean up from splashes perfectly . This stool is by far the classiest, most comfortable, most functional, and all around best looking kitchen bar stool out there. I bought a set like this for my basement bar and have struggled to find the right set for my kitchen I have gone thru 4 sets in 10 years. I needed something the right height (these are adjustable), swivel, sturdy footrest (all the other sets constantly broke), there is no way these are going any where and they swivel with you.
