Ancalin 46'' W 4 - Drawer Dresser

This media dresser is absolutely beautiful. It is a well made, sturdy piece of furniture and looks exactly like the website picture.

In the mist of the Pandemic COVID 19 (everything takes longer to come). I ordered the media chest and it took longer to arrive. When it finally arrived I unboxed it, opened the first drawer and was unable to close it. I peered inside and saw that an inner upper lining came al oose and it was poorly glued and anchored. So it had came down and prevented the drawer from closing. It was a total of three drawers and every drawer has a sliding track attached to each side of the drawers. The tracks were a loose and dangling off the sides of every drawer. Tiny miniature screws had held the tracks on to the drawers. I am assuming that during the transportation process the screws had come off. To spend the amount of money for the media chest, I expected a better quality of craftsmanshiip. For this item to be sold to me in this condition is horrendous.
