Exactly as pictured. Decent leather with strong stitching. Some scars in the leather which is expected at the price point. Swivel mechanism is nice and smooth. Packaging was good despite damage to outside of box the product was unharmed. I only wish the back was a bit more padded. The seat is just right.

When the young men who helped carry and unpack these chairs got them out of the boxes they said, WOW . Ive wanted swivel chairs for this space for a while and have sat in plenty of them. These feel so comfortable and smooth on the tracks, and the leather is beautiful. *very* pleased with the quality and comfort.
