Brooksley Top Grain Genuine Italian Leather Swivel Barrel Chair (Set of 2)

Chairs are very comfortable. Delivery process was excellent. However, there is a small depression on the upper edge of one chair. It looks like something hard was pressing on it. I'll be contacting customer service re replacing this chair.

I'm soooo disappointed! I waited an entire MONTH for delivery. Was sooo looking forward to delivery. Ordered (and paid EXTRA to get the Caramel color. Chair FINALLY arrived n they've sent the wrong color. They sent me a BROWN chair. I abhor brown furniture in my living room. Still waiting on a response from CS to see what they're going to do to correct this after ice already waited forever. I've attached a picture of the brown chair I received instead of the Caramel one I ordered.

Overall it looks good, but there is a "dent" in the upper seam of one of the chairs.

Exactly as pictured. Decent leather with strong stitching. Some scars in the leather which is expected at the price point. Swivel mechanism is nice and smooth. Packaging was good despite damage to outside of box the product was unharmed. I only wish the back was a bit more padded. The seat is just right.

These chairs are beautiful and so comfortable!! My husband and I both love them. They swivel 360• and the fee of the leather is very soft and rich. We have received so many compliments on them!
